To be an authorized affiliate of Killing Sacred Cows, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering as an affiliate. By signing up for the Killing Sacred Cows affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Important Note

Killing Sacred Cows may change these terms of service at any time, without notification, though changes will be posted at here. Affiliates agree to abide by the changes within 7 days of the posting.

Killing Sacred Cows Affiliate Payout

• Currently Killing Sacred Cows affiliate payout structure is a tiered flat rate. Affiliates are paid $2 for each sale.
• Killing Sacred Cows reserves the right to set different pay rates and prices for specific affiliates. After 50 sales in a given month, the affiliate payout is increased to $3.
• Currently our affiliate program is powered through internal hosted software which is integrated with our shopping cart.
• We have a minimum payout of $50. If the balance of an affiliate's account is less that $50 the balance will roll over to the following month or until the minimum payout balance is met.
• We pay our affiliates on a monthly basis. PayPal payments are made on or before the 15th of each month.

Killing Sacred Cows Does Not Permit

• Killing Sacred Cows has strict anti-spam policies regarding internet programs. Killing Sacred Cows does not condone spam by affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, spam via email, instant messaging, ICQ, chat rooms, message boards, or online forums. Unsolicited advertising in any form is not condoned by Killing Sacred Cows in any manner. Any affiliate found to be involved in any of these type of activities will be terminated and shall expect no affiliate payment compensation.
• Any affiliate whose site promotes or contains content pertaining to Warez, Bestiality, Rape, Child Pornography, acts of violence, or other illegal content will have their accounts terminated immediately.
• Sites that promote illegal activity, terrorism, anti-government activity or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability are not permitted to participate in Killing Sacred Cows's affiliate program.
• Any affiliate who violates or infringes upon 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent, or any intellectual property rights will have their account terminated immediately, this includes, but is not limited, fraudulent activity against any other program.

Killing Sacred Cows Reserves The Right...

• Killing Sacred Cows reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud or suspected fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the submission of unauthorized purchases, or providing unsolicited advertisements.
• Affiliates will not receive referral commissions from referred purchases which are returned for any reason.
• Killing Sacred Cows reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of their affiliate program without prior notice, including the right to discontinue this program. In the event that Killing Sacred Cows discontinues its affiliate program, it will pay all affiliates the balance of their accounts.
• Killing Sacred Cows is not obligated in any way to reveal the reasons for termination of referred affiliates.
• The affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Killing Sacred Cows and its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from:
  • any breach of Affiliate's Covenants
  • any user-generated content or
  • any claims arising from the sale or license of goods or services promoted or made available through the campaign.
• Killing Sacred Cows's indemnity rights shall not be limited or offset by any contributory negligence by Killing Sacred Cows. Killing Sacred Cows may participate in the defense at its expense.
• From time to time Killing Sacred Cows may send e-mail to affiliates with regard to system updates, promotions, or offers. Affiliates agree to receive this e-mail by signing up for Killing Sacred Cows Affiliate Program. This e-mail is provided on an opt-out basis -- an affiliate can unsubscribe from receiving these updates.

What Is Required From The Affiliate?

• Affiliates are required to enter their account details on our signup form.
• The minimum age for participation is 18.
• Killing Sacred Cows's service is made available to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and Killing Sacred Cows makes no warranty as to its use or performance.
• The potential affiliate warrants that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and, if appropriate, has the authority to bind his or her principal or employers to the agreement.

Killing Sacred Cows Affiliate Members Must

• As an affiliate member YOU have to regard the following: upon termination of an affiliate's account, the affiliate member must immediately cease using Killing Sacred Cows names and images and representations of Killing Sacred Cows thereof on their site.
